ROOM SWEET ROOM
Was hanging out with my best friend at her new vintage room the other day and the room turned out to be an excellent background for a photo shoot. The all-white door, window frames, and balcony are perfect against the floral wallpaper and the wooden floor.
FEELS LIKE THE FIRST TIME
After a long absence from performing on stage, finally me and my band had to do it again last week.
And it felt super awkward, i couldn't barely move my body smoothly. Stiff Gadis it was so stiff!
I should have a private lesson on how to keep my cool and move around stage like a pro really.
Anyway it was a cool gig, we went all out and damn the stage was literally full. That's what you get when you perform with 3 additional players.
I should admit that the Saxophone gives an amazing touch to the overall music. Thanks Gading. We need you.
And thanks to this awesome kid who documented our performance that night.
And there are some videos too. Here's the link to one of them.

ANOTHER ONE
So my lovely best friend Nabila will be graduated soon, I can't give her anything but, yes, another artwork of her.
I know she'd probably be like, hmm. another one? uh okay, thanks love :>
But this is my favorite picture of her, ever. So either way I'm still going to make this one.

RECENTLY
Oh lord.
Pretty harsh reality for a 22 year-old like me.
But as a wise man said, life is like a wheel, it keeps on moving and there will be the ups and the downs.

Well, guess this is my very first ugly experience.
But I'm still 22, I still have a long road ahead of me, so I actually got nothing to worry about, this too shall past :)

OLD FILES
Found these old works in the untouched folders. Better I post them here before I completely forgot about their existence.
my sister.
my self.
my best friend.
him, who's know having fun in the other side of the world.
One advantage of being bored and lonely. I always get creatively productive.
A Little Princess (1995)
This is one my favorite childhood movies, one of those that still on my brain until now. I remember perfectly how I stunned over the cinematography of this movie, each frame is like a work of art. It's Alfonso Cuaron's masterpiece starred by the beautiful Liesel Matthews (who happened to be a 'princess' in the real life).
The story itself is actually a typical Cinderella story but with a different twist. It's not dull though you can predict what's going to happen next and literally guess the ending from the start. Another twist that makes this movie so different is that this movie expose the beauty of India, a lot. Which I'm dying in love with. One scene at the beginning shown the room with a king-sized bed of Sara (the princess) in her house in India, and the decoration was just breath taking, very warm, very eclectic, very 'India'. I fell for that room and until now it's still haunting my dreams. I would want a room like that one day.
I just watched it again today, on my lazy Saturday. Seriously on the acute level of boredom. A disease that only attacks me in time like this, when my boyfriend left me yesterday for a 2 weeks vacation in Barcelona. So stupid I once thought that he would prefer to spend his holiday with me than going there. HA HA. Yea, right. Well at least it's not India.

The bedroom I've been bragging about. My future room, for sure.
How does it feel to have this heavenly river near your house. Good Lord.
Sadly she has to move to New York and live in a some kind of girl school/dorm. But then you see the room she get in the dorm on the third pic. How could anyone resist that??! Dammit.
My favorite part. When Sara recalls the Ramayana story.
The school girls. If you notice there is an appearance from little Camilla Belle in this movie (last picture). Still young and innocent. Remembering those Jurassic Park days when she appeared only to be killed..Oh and actually the black girl on the first pic also starred in one of Jurassic series, but she remained alive till the end of the movie.
Again, one of my favorite scenes! What is a children movie without a little touch of magic?
Tons of heart breaking scenes.
So if you happen to share the same boring weekend with me, go watch this movie, it's really refreshing to indulge your imagination for a while.

LET'S GO, NOW.
Sunday.
Lots of people hate Sunday since it's the end of the glory weekend. The last day to breathe easily without pressure from anybody. Not for me though. I'm still on my grace period before starting my new job. So it doesn't really matter for me.
But still I'm going to live my Sunday to the fullest! well it's not that I have things to do tomorrow but the rest of people do, so today is also my last day to hang out before I'm left out. Get dressed up and heading out as early as possible.
